Directive 5R3 - Schedule 3 - Annual Banking Report (ABR)

Summary

This is a preliminary version of the schema for the submission of the Annual Banking Report (ABR) through the eFiling system. The Annual Banking Report must be submitted to the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy on or before May 31st of each year, complete with balances on deposit as of April 30th of the current year, as depicted in Directive 5R3. Starting in May 2010, the eFiling system will allow for the electronic transmission of the Annual Banking Report in the XML format specified below.
