Minor changes on Form 10, 13, 13PD, 13S, 14, 78 (2006-08-25)

Summary

This is an updated edition of the schema for E-Filing version 3.10. It documents minor schema changes resulting from change requests for version 3.05. This page documents updates to existing schemas.

  2. The changes listed here, unless otherwise specified, took place when a new version of the E-Filing system was deployed. That release occurred on August 25, 2006.

Updates to Existing Schemas

Form10.xsd
  • Made the data element <Bankrupt> a repeatable field for joint filings.
Form13.xsd
  • Made the data elements <Status> and <StatusDate> repeatable fields for joint filings.
Form13PD.xsd
  • Made the data elements <Status> and <StatusDate> repeatable fields for joint filings.
Form13S.xsd
  • Made the data elements <Status> and <StatusDate> repeatable fields for joint filings.
Form14.xsd
  • Changed the element <DateGiven> of <SecureCreditor> from mandatory to optional.
Form78.xsd
  • Changed the data element <AmountofDebt> for DebtDue from mandatory to optional. This field is used for Amount of debt (good).
  • Added two new optional money data elements <AmountofDebtDoubtful> and <AmountofDebtBad> to DebtDue to record the amount doubtful and bad.
