Minor changes on Form 12, 12PD, 12S, 13,13PD, 13S, 14, 49 (2008-03-18)

Summary

This is an updated edition of the schema for E-Filing version 4.4 It documents minor schema changes resulting from change requests for version 4.0 This page documents updates to existing schemas and stylesheets.

  2. The changes listed here, unless otherwise specified, took place when a new version of the E-Filing system was deployed. That release occurred on 2009-11-20.

Updates to Existing Schemas

Changed the definition of the Type osb:Percentage found in the <DividendPercent> fields on Forms 12, 12PD, 12S, 13, 13PD, 13S and 14 to include values above 100%. This will allow the rate of dividends to be above 100% when interest is allocated to claims.
