Changes on Form 21-31-52-82-Directive 6Ra, Directive 8R9, 6R3 and text corrections (2010-04)

Summary

This is an updated edition of the schema for E-Filing version 4.7. The changes are essentially made to comply with our next Forms, Directive, No. 8R9 and prior or current text changes or corrections that are already or will be posted on the OSB main web site under Trustee, forms, PDFs. A new unique XML version number is to be used for after coming into force file (afterCIF) : 2010-08. This new XML version will be put into place in June and will be enforced in September. Many forms have received Stylesheet text corrections and four schemas were updated.

Additional changes are listed as optional only because of backward compatibility but will be enforced by business rules in Form21 and where required by context in Form52.

  1. This page is kept for historical purpose.
  2. The changes listed here, unless otherwise specified, took place when a new version of the E-Filing system was deployed. That release occurred on June 18, 2010.

  • Added the following optional element of type osb:Location <Address>
    ** Note, this field is made mandatory by business rules after the planned release 09-2010 to reflect changes to the form.
Form31.xsd
  • Added the following optional elements of type osb:Money <EmployeeClaimAmount>, <EmployeeSubsection815Amount> and <EmployeeSubsection816Amount>
Form52.xsd
  • Added the following optional date elements <CreditorRefusedDate>, <CourtRefusedDate> and <WithdrawnDate>
     ** Note, one of these fields is mandatory after the planned release 09-2010 following changes to the form.
Form82.xsd
  • The following optional string element <ReasonsForNotOpposingDischarge> in Appendix A is not to be used for estate filed after CIF 09-2009 or it will be rejected
Directive6Ra.xsd
  • Added the following optional elements of type xs:string <AdvisorPaid>
