EIS - Three fields have been deprecated for this version, they are optional in the schema but will be rejected after December 16, 2011.

  • The fields <ExaminationRequested>, <TaxRefundAssigned> and <TrusteeComments> have been deprecated. These fields are kept only for backwards compatibility with previous versions, do not use them; they will not render on the current version of the form. Note: these fields will be rejected on any EIS submitted after December 16th, 2011. Note: Usage of the new 2011-12 XML version for this form will be enforced after December 16th, 2011.
