Directive 8R14: Updates to Form 60, Form 63, and Form 68 and discontinuation of Form 67 (2013-09)
Summary
Form60 and Form63 have been amended to introduce an email option to streamline the mediation process in cases where a mediation settlement agreement has been reached between the parties prior to the actual meeting.
Form67 has been merged into Form68 and Form67 has been revoked as of December 20, 2013.
These differences can be seen by rendering Form68 version 2013-09 on the Test Page.
Two fields of Form68 have been changed to optional but will still be required for individual debtors.
The new versions of Form60, Form63 and Form68 will be put into place on July 12, 2013 and will be enforced starting December 20, 2013. A new unique XML version number is to be used, 2013-09.
After December 20, 2013 Form67 will no longer be accepted, the 2013-09 version of Form68 will have to be used instead.
Note: The stylesheet for Form68 will display differently depending on if the debtor is an individual or a corporation. When the debtor is an individual, the title for Form68 will be "Notice of Bankruptcy, First Meeting of Creditors and Impending Automatic Discharge of Bankrupt". If the debtor is a Corporation the title will be "Notice of Bankruptcy and First Meeting of Creditors" and additional paragraphs 6 through 10 related to individual debtors and automatic discharges will not be shown on the rendered form.
