This is an updated edition of the schema for E-Filing version 4.28 scheduled for release on January 22nd 2016.
It is resulting from the changes to multiple BIA forms signature block adopting the new Licensed Insolvency
Trustee designation in keeping with the requirements of Directives 8R16 and 33.
A new unique XML version number (2016-04) is to be used for after coming into force of the Directives 33
and 8R16, April 1st 2016. This new XML version will be put into place on January 22nd 2016 and will be
enforced April 1st. All affected forms were transmitted to vendors by e-mail.
