Directive 1R4 - Counselling in Insolvency Matters

These are the schemas for submissions of Insolvency Counselling forms Schedule 1, Schedule 2, and Schedule 3.

Starting October 1, 2018, the E-Filing system will allow Insolvency Counselling Schedules to be submitted to the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy (OSB) in XML format. A copy of the signed Form shall be retained in accordance with existing procedures and sent to the OSB upon request.

A new unique XML version number (2018-10) is to be used for these forms.
