Minor Changes to EIS schema

Summary

A minor fix to the EIS schema in the voluntary self identification section is necessary to allow the choice of multiple sub-categories of the Aboriginal category.

  • The element <IdentifyAsAboriginalGroup> has changed from the enumeration [ F, M, I ] to an optional complex sequence field consisting of the fields <FirstNation>, <Metis>, and <Inuit>.
  • These fields will allow the selection of multiple sub-categories as in the other Self-identification categories.
