Minor corrections to Form 65bis, Form 78bis, and Form 79bis
Summary
On the Form 65bis - Removed the IncomeOtherMembers field and the ExpenseOtherMembers field. Stylesheet changes were also made, although, this does not impact the schema.
On the Form 78bis - The RightToPriority is now optional, unless AmountOfClaim is identified as a "Preferred Creditors" for liability type and the Commissioner in the BankruptDeclaration is now a repeatable.
On the Form 79bis - DateOfDischarge is now optional in the PersonalData of the BankruptOrProposal section and the Commissioner in the BankruptDeclaration is now a repeatable. The Details field in the ReasonsForDifficulties section is now optional, but will be enforce in the rules for some entries.
