Minor corrections to Form 78bis and Form 79bis
Summary
On the Form 78bis :
- For the Assertion "Form78bis8" for the field SumAccountReceivables we now sum the TotalValueOfPartyInterest of the 3 asset types "Accounts receivable", "Bills of exchange", and "Promissory note" (Note: that value is not used anywhere else). The Assertion "Form78bis9" is not changing.
- For the NatureOfAsset value “Taxes Refund”, we add it to the SumOtherProperty category: Form78bis21.
- We have removed the NatureOfAsset values "Retirement saving and Life Insurance" and "Interests under wills” entirely from the schema for Form78bis.
- We added a new Assertion (Form78bis27) for the field SumTotalOfLines which totals the lines 1 through 13 with the exception of SumAccountReceivable, which is informational only (the amount for SumEstimatedToProduce is included instead).
- We have changed the datatype of the field EstimatedSurplus in the Liability section from osb:Money to osb:NegativeMoney.
On the Form 79bis :
- We have modified the Assertion Form79bis11 to allow both a physical and remote declaration for different Debtors in a joint filing.
