Corrections to Form 65bis for Directive 8R21.
Summary
On the Form 65bis :
- The field "AvailableBankruptIncome", corresponding to Line 7, has been changed from "osb:Money" to "osb:NegativeMoney" to allow negative net incomes for individual debtors.
- The field "AvailableFamilyIncome", corresponding to Line 8, has had its Assertion changed to enforce a zero dollar amount if the calculation of line 3 minus line 6 results in a Negative value. Its datatype remains "osb:Money".
- The field "BankruptsPortion", corresponding to Line 9, is not changing but we wish to remind the Vendors that this value needs to be no more than 100.
