This is an updated edition of the schema for E-Filing version 4.8. It documents schema changes resulting from
Directive 8R9.
Additional changes are listed as optional only because of backward compatibility but
will be enforced by business rules in Form21 and where required by
context in Form52.

Which Form Version to Use
An effort has been made to simplify the versions of the forms. With a few exceptions (listed next), all forms
submitted to estates subject to the changes for Chapter 47 Bill C36 legislation will use the 2010-08 XML version
and forms submitted to estates subject to the old legislation will use the 2006-07 XML version.
All Forms not listed above will still continue to use Version 2006-07 for before coming into force estates and
2010-08 for after coming into force estates.
