Caution
The certificate you are requesting cannot be issued. The NFP Act was not in force, or the corporation was not in existence under the NFP Act at the date requested. It is possible that the corporation was in existence under the Canada Corporations Act, part II. Consider reviewing the information about the corporation by consulting the Search for a Federal Corporation.

Caution
The certificate you are requesting cannot be issued because the corporation does not meet the certificate's requirements. If you continue and submit this request, a Notice of Refusal will be emailed to the contact. Once the request is submitted, the fee will not be refunded.
