The use of the certification mark is intended to indicate that the services in association with which it is used are of the following defined standard: (a) The services are performed by a person who is a party to a Registrar Agreement with the applicant. Particulars of the Agreement (and the Rules and Procedures of the applicant which are incorporated therein), as may be amended from time to time, are posted at the applicant's website (at the time of this application www.cira.ca); (b) The services are performed by a person who is certified by the applicant as a registrar of the .ca domain registration system; (c) The services are performed by a person who is contractually obliged to be in compliance with the applicant's Canadian presence requirements for registrars; (d) The services are performed by a person who is authorized by the applicant to apply to the applicant on behalf of any qualified person who seeks to register a .ca domain name, and to renew, transfer, maintain or modify a domain name registration, in the registry maintained by the applicant; (e) The services are performed by a person who is contractually obliged to be in compliance with the rules, policies, regulations and procedures relating to the operation of the registry maintained by the applicant; (f) The services are performed by a person who is contractually obliged to be in compliance with the applicant's minimum services guidelines and the applicant's technical procedures.
