Colour claim

The label is green with a darker shade of green appearing as a shield behind the man and Pringles design. 'Pringles' appears in yellow. The design of the man consists of a white face with black oval eyes, brown mustache, brown hair parted in the middle, and a red bow tie. Three arcs of yellow appear around 'Pringles'. There are two light tan potato crisps appearing below 'Pringles'. Colour is claimed as a feature of the trade-mark. All of the colours outlined in the description are claimed.
