Colour claim
The colors blue and gray are claimed as a feature of the mark. The mark consists of a circular, collared orb device. The collar has a horizontal 'zig-zag' cross bar resembling an electronic pulse, which starts out black at the top of the element and gradually blends into the color gray towards the bottom. The interior top and bottom halves of the collar, above and below the horizontal 'zig-zag' cross bar, are filled with blue and white rendered to create the impression of a highly reflective, spherical element. Immediately below the orb device is the wording 'amp'd' which is written in white, which is on top of the wording 'mobile', written in blue. The black background is not intended to be a portion of the mark, but rather is used to illustrate how the application of the primarily black-collared orb device is to be on to black or dark backgrounds, as well as to contrast the white lettering within the mark itself.
