(1) Support services for mortgage brokers and mortgage agents, namely, providing a forum for the exchange of information related to mortgages by providing information on recent legislation software products, education and all related matters among mortgage professionals by electronic formats namely, the Internet, electronic chat rooms and by printed formats, namely, newsletters, brochures, pamphlets, training manuals, membership directories and magazines; providing effective networking and business opportunities with lenders, service providers, mortgage brokers and mortgage agents by providing a forum for the exchange of information related to mortgages by providing information on recent legislation software products, education and all related matters among mortgage professionals via the Internet, electronic chat rooms, conferences, golf tournaments, ski days; training and educational seminars, conferences all in the field of mortgage brokering; provision of third party office, auto, dental, errors and omissions insurance, and health packages to members.
