Colour claim
Colour is claimed as a feature of the trade-mark. The trade mark from the top to the bottom, consists of (i) a dark blue rectangle separated by two horizontal lines in gold with inside, white wording of the word CAMPARI outlined in gold and included in a rectangular outline in gold, (ii) a bordeaux rectangle (iii) a light green square separated by two horizontal lines in gold with inside gold wording of the words BITTER and MILANO, and gold wording of the words FRATELLI CAMPARI SUCCESSORI, except for the letters 'F', 'C' and 'S' which are in red and included in a square outline in gold, the said outline being included within a red border outlined in gold, the said red border being included within a square outline in gold; (iv) a bordeaux rectangle interrupted by a fanciful coat of arms within which it can be recognized the device of a white animal on a dark blue background, and three full bands in yellow and red, encircled by an ornament in gold, the upper part being separated by a grey area; (v) a light green rectangle separated by two horizontal lines in gold with inside, gold wording of the words DAVIDE CAMPARI MILANO ITALY on a rectangular red background outlined in dark blue and gold, the said rectangular red background being within a rectangular gold outline.
Foreign Character Translation
The applicant advised that the word FRATELLI is translated into English to mean 'BROTHERS' and the word SUCCESSORI is translated into English to mean 'SUCCESSORS'.
