(4) Telecommunications services, namely TETRA network services for the use of emergency and public safety services; mobile telephone communication services; provision of wireless application protocol services, namely those utilising a secure communications channel; mobile TETRA network services for the exclusive use of emergency and public safety services; internet access services; email and text messaging service, wireless TETRA network services; provision of wireless communication, namely offering a radio network for use by the emergency services and first responder community for public safety; design of computer networks; design of secure TETRA networks for the use of emergency and public safety services; computer software project management services; technical support in the form of monitoring network systems; technical support services in the form of troubleshooting of computer hardware and software problems and technical problems with TETRA networks, mobile phones and radios.
