Colour claim
Colour is claimed as a feature of the trade-mark. The word MUZTA! is in red. The smiley face is yellow. The salakot is shaded blue with the blue shade being darker towards the rim and lighter towards the centre of the salakot. The salakot also has red and yellow design features. The colour red is applied to a thin circular band located at the rim, and to a central pointy top of the salakot. The colour yellow is applied to a circular band surrounding the red pointy top, and to eight stripes radiating from the yellow band towards but not touching the thin circular red band. The headset is grey with shading as shown in the drawing.
