The use of the SPCE PHYSIOLOGIST DE L'EXERCISE CERTIFIÉ(E) certification mark is intended to indicate that the specific services listed above in association with which it is used are of the following defined standard: a) The Licensees are required to be members in good standing with the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP) Health and Fitness Program (H&FP) as defined in the CSEP's By Laws, and the CSEP H&FP Policy and Procedure Manual, as amended from time to time by voting members in good standing at the CSEP AGM and/or the National H&FP Committee meeting; b) The Licensees are subject to all qualifications, regulations and limitations, including the code of conduct and scope of practice, imposed by CSEP H&FP in association with the use of the certification mark as set out in the CSEP By-Laws and the CSEP H&FP Policy and Procedure Manual, as amended from time to time by voting members in good standing at the CSEP AGM and/or the National H&FP Committee meeting. Copy of the CSEP H&FP Policy and Procedure Manual is on file.
