(1) Financial services namely, issuing and acquiring of credit cards, credit card services relating to financial transactions, financial transactions services namely, processing, clearing and reconciling financial and credit card transactions via a global computer network; secure multi-currency financial services namely, payment services for online financial transactions conducted in electronic commerce, namely, establishing funded accounts used to purchase goods and services on the Internet, verification of secured financial exchange transactions over computer networks including the global electronic communications network and providing and interactive web site featuring information in the field of secure multi currency financial transactions, electronic currency transfer services, on-line real-time currency trading and currency exchange in a secure environment over global electronic communications networks, financial transaction services namely, bill payment services, credit card payment processing services, electronic funds transfer via electronic communications networks, reporting of credit card transactions and risk management related thereto.

(2) Telecommunication services, namely, telecommunications gateway services for providing the electronic transfer of documents and information via a communication network, namely reports, articles, newsletters, brochures and blogs in the fields of financial transaction services, risk management in electronic commerce transactions, underwriting and insurance services, financial security and payment processing services, multi-currency financial transactions and services, card settlement currency services and currency exchange services.

(3) Updating of software for capturing and transferring data for the electronic transfer of funds; design and development of software for financial data management and for electronic transfer of funds; design and development of electronic devices, namely, electronic card readers for the processing of financial transactions, namely processing of financial and credit card payments; checking and updating of electronic card readers and software used therewith for verifying the authenticity of financial and credit card transactions; consultancy and advisory services in the field of electronic card readers and software used therewith for the electronic transfer of funds all aforesaid financial services provided via electronic communication networks namely, via the Internet and a global computer network.
