Certification mark text

The certification mark is used by a class of organizations, namely, those organizations which are trained, designated and/or accredited by the owner of the certification mark. The certification designation recognizes Casino organizations which have instituted an approved training program and whose employees have completed the training program and have met the experience and other requirements listed below. In order to be eligible for the certification, a Casino must have the following training program in place and the Casino's employees must meet the following criteria (a) have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; (b) attend the specified training program; (c) pass the certification test; (d) partner with a department Mentor; (d) pass an evaluation test after the third week from the employee's initial start date; and (d) pass an assessment at the completion of a 60-day training period.
