Goods (Nice class & Statement)
- (1) The TieMaster is a necktie storage device that can be mounted to a wall or door. The frame is rectangular, and encases 6 bars within the frame that are used to hang 60 to 70 neckties. The frame is attached to a base, and the base must be mounted to either a wall or the back of a door (wood or drywall). Once the base has been mounted (using the screws and hanging template which are included with the TieMaster, which also has the screw holes precut), the frame can be adjusted to one of eight different angles. Angle 1 is resting flush against the base, and angle 8, the highest position, is when the frame is at an 80 degree angle from the base, so that the ties are hanging straight down and can be viewed individually, for ease of selection. The TieMaster can be set at any of the 8 angles by simply lifting out of the guide which holds the stabilizer bar, and placing the stabilizer bar into the next guide. There are two other trademarks holding the title, "TIEMASTER", however, neither of them is an actual tie storage device, so there should be no confusion with trademarking this invention as "TieMaster". Each TieMaster package includes 1 TieMaster, 5 drywall anchors, 5 screws and 1 hanging template.
