Scott. I've been having trouble with stolen Intellectual Property for quite a while, however, I view an individual working in pornography, using the spelling of my name - Janet Scott - as an enormous problem. In fact there may be a reasonable allegation that the trademark lawyer that I contacted in Victoria BC, may in fact be the lawyer who did the legal work on the pornography person's name. He refused to assist. I own a Copyright under the name Janet A. Scott - 'From The Shadows,' 2005 see below - with CIPO - have checked the alternate name which was also copyrighted with you in 2017, Bruce Kirk - 'From The Shadows' - with Library and Archives Canada - 1/ and there does not appear to be a conflict in Intellectual Property, as nearly as I, or Library and Archives Canada, could tell - a Copyright which I wish to upgrade - alter somewhat - and market - globally. My name is the branding of the work that I do in classical music, associated projects in voice and funding in medical research (different company); the goods and services I do are the sale of my voice, music, including voice programming (singing - classical music & narrative arts), literary, film/digital media in acting, art direction and sound - some of which will be sold on my website(s), otherwise sold/licenced inside an employment contract for a production company. Further: I have had allegation made to me that of approximately 111 stolen gymnastic choreographies - none of which are Olympic qualified routines - or intended to be so - all - have been licenced to allegedly 83 different 2nd and 3rd world countries - as Olympic routines - and of which our federal government has been fielding complaints. This, I would allege is likely to drastically affect Canada's Trade Agreements with these countries - such as they exist; allegedly. Fervently wishing to disassociate myself from a pornography affiliated person, particularly if I am being requested to participate in the upgrading of these routines for the probability of our government's negotiating an alteration of said trade agreements with these 83 countries, I respectfully request a trademark of Janet A. Scott. Working as a performing artist for a number of years doing numerous contracts in Film, Theatre and Sound, owning two sole proprietorships, JanetScott.org, NAICS 711513, I think, and The Glass Project Organization, NAICS 541710, two Domain names: JANETSCOTT.ORG, and THEGLASSPROJECT.ORG, with the companies intentioned for representing my Artistic/Business work, and, respectively, funding Medical Research in neurological impairment, including PTSD. CRA BN 131127763RT0001. I am also a world record holder in K2 Sprint. I've been hounded for quite a time via use of military grade non-lethal weapons on me, from outside, into my residence (info available CIA website, declassified 2015), as well as for skill/IP and offer strong allegation that I have an active file with our security services - at some point which, I would allege we're heading to a court - not sure which type of court. Yes, I'm in a precarious position. 2/ What is true is there is a wonderful English actor who spells her name Janette Scott (one of Mel Torme's wives) - from the 1950's I believe - and who is still with us as well as the individual working in pornography, both of whom are using the name Janet Scott in some form; the pornography Janet Scott has herself listed on an IMDB page. My thoughts are, Janet A. Scott, is a distinguishing feature of my name - and one which was used to own the 2005 CIPO copyright, a copyright that's about to be upgraded and altered, to a trademarked work. I do think I have a case worthy of a Canadian Trademark, and, think it's necessary to set my businesses properly, and separate myself from an unworthy presentation of female form. Additionally, I did not find any conflict of interest for Janet A. Scott, in searching the Trademark Database. A great deal of work in performing arts and otherwise is listed on a LinkedIn page; illegal activity via a talent agent has left me recovering union credits. The ADG credit is an art direction credit for a CBS television network show, NCIS New Orleans; the athletic credit as noted, is a world record and currently being reinstated. Since an IMDB page already exists for the pornography Janet Scott - I would require the Janet A.
