Trademark description

The trademark is two-dimensional. The trademark consists of the position of the following elements appearing on a three-dimensional configuration of a bottle and its cap, from top to bottom: The cap is black; the neck of the bottle consists of a label in black containing "FELIX COURVOISIER," stylized and in gold, above a gold and white ring around the neck of the bottle; below the neck of the bottle is a circular gold design containing the figure of a person with a hat between two interlocking laurel branches; the middle of the bottle includes a label in white with a bee pattern; the label has gold banners towards the top and bottom; the label also has three emblem design elements which appear towards the top of the label and above the stylized wording, "MAISON FONDÉE À JARNAC EN 1828" in black, "COURVOISIER" in red, "VSOP" in red and "COURVOISIER 16200 JARNAC, FRANCE" in grey; a gold band appears below the label; the date "1828" is embossed towards the bottom of the bottle. The bottle in three-dimensions as shown in dashed lines in the drawing does not form part of the mark but is included merely to show the position of the signs in combination.
