The aim of this paper is to promote discussion to help the Bureau understand:
- How competition is developing in AI markets;
- How the Bureau can enforce and promote competition in these markets;
- How the Bureau can be prepared to address potential competitive harm from AI.
This consultation is open until June 29, 2024 (11:59pm Pacific time). Interested parties are invited to provide their feedback by mail or through the online feedback form.
