Model timing agreement for mergers involving claimed efficiencies

The Competition Bureau invited interested parties to provide comments on a draft model timing agreement. The timing agreement is for the reviews of mergers that the merging parties claim will improve efficiencies and they would like the Commissioner of Competition to consider this before taking enforcement action.
