The Competition Bureau’s inaugural Digital Enforcement Summit is an opportunity for the Bureau and its international counterparts to share best practices, and explore new tools and strategies for tackling emerging enforcement issues in the digital era.

Panels & speakers
Throughout October and November 2020, the Bureau will host four online panels that follow the stages
of an investigation—from detection to resolution.
Each panel will focus on issues that are central to enforcement in the digital economy. For more
information on each panel, please consult the complete agenda and list of speakers.
Panel 1 – Developments in Intelligence, Detection and Evidence
Panel details:
The kickoff panel will cover two topics: the role of digital intelligence in the pre-investigation stage; and advances in evidence gathering, including its collection and processing.

Our second expert panel will examine how enforcement agencies adapt major case management and team composition for digital investigations.
