Application under paragraph 21.303(3)(a) of the CBCA

This application is made under paragraph 21.303(3)(a) of the Canada Business Corporations Act (the "Act") for a decision by the Director to not make an individual with significant control (ISC) information publicly available.


The applicant requests that the Director not make publicly available the information regarding the ISC over the corporation mentioned below because making the information publicly available presents or would present a serious threat to the safety of the individual.


Statement of facts

Making the information about an ISC available to the public presents or would present a serious threat to the safety of the individual for the following reasons:

Provide sufficient facts and all material information to enable the Director to make an informed decision on the exemption sought.
