Data collection
The data has been extracted from public information contained in the disclosure documents filed with Corporations Canada or with Canadian Securities Administrators SEDAR system (SEDAR) and reported in the table as disclosed. Methodology
The reference to executive officers in the disclosure documents has been considered to be equivalent to senior management. The definition of executive officer under the Canadian securities laws is similar to the definition of senior management under the Canada Business Corporations Act (CBCA).
