After pressing “Submit”, you may encounter a standard security warning. Should this occur, please select “Allow.”
There may be additional settings in Adobe Reader that may prevent you from submitting your application; if you are having difficulty submitting, please change the following Adobe Reader settings:
- From the Edit menu, select Preferences.
- From the Preferences Window, select Trust Manager, then select Change Settings....
- Select the radio button "Allow PDF to access all websites".
- Click "OK".
