As a funding recipient, you are required to ensure appropriate federal logos, taglines, and text are used in the production of all promotional material related to the funded project, including, but not limited to advertising (print, radio and television), brochures, websites and signage.

If the following image files are not accessible to you, please contact the Communications Department for assistance in obtaining the documents in the appropriate format.

Information about graphic file formats

EPS: High-quality format most often used by professional graphic designers using specialized software. This graphic contains a transparent background.

(Note: ".eps" files often download with the ".ps" extension in Internet Explorer. Be sure to add the "e" to the extension, from ".ps" to ".eps" to be able to use the graphic.)

JPG: Quality format typically used for websites, as well as in publications such as newsletters, brochures and letterhead.

PNG: Format used primarily for logos and other small graphics on websites. This graphic contains a transparent background.
