Provides advice, assistance and service with respect to employee group benefits programs, including, plan marketing and administration, benefits claims administration, group retirement and pension plan consulting and administration, and insurance brokerage services, including, health, dental, wellness, medical, disability and group retirement services to plan sponsors in respect of the establishment, organization, implementation, funding and/or revising of employee benefit plans and/or programs, group retirement and pension plans and/or programs, and as concerns the Vendor, includes acting as a third party administrator and claims adjudicator under and with respect to various benefits plans and providing administrative services to trustees, trust funds and plan members.
