Appendix 4—Requirements for Device Examination Certificates

A device examination certificate is to be issued as required by the Weights and Measures Act.
The Online Reporting Application (ORA) is to be used to issue device examination certificates. The use of ORA is a requirement applicable to all weights and measures authorized service providers and an essential condition for the granting and maintenance of accreditation of weights and measures authorized service providers.
Authorized service providers must comply with the ORA Terms and Conditions of Use and submit online device examination data and results for the issuance of device examination certificates.
