David and Goliath: Consumer protection and digital services marketplace dominance
This research will explore gaps in consumer protection arising from shifts in the digital marketplace that have resulted in the rise of "digital giants" (i.e. e-retailers). The study will investigate the consumer's understanding and perspectives on the potential consequences of data collection by these large companies.
