Service Standards - Contributions Program for Non-Profit Consumer and Voluntary Organizations

The Office of Consumer Affairs (OCA) is committed to providing quality service to all applicants and funding recipients in the official language of their choice.

Our goal is to: 

  • Acknowledge the receipt of a funding application the same day that a funding proposal is received via the OCA Online Application System; and
  • Release payment within 45 calendar days of the recipient satisfying the requirements of the contribution agreement
