The Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy (OSB)’s Bankruptcy and Insolvency Records Search is moving to a new login process in order to provide increased security for users.
Licensed Insolvency Trustees (LITs) using the OSB Licence Administration Application (OLAA), the CCAA Online filing and the E-filing systems were recently migrated to a new login process with Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED) that uses GCKey or Sign-In Partner (Interac) credentials.
The OSB is now getting ready for the migration of its Bankruptcy and Insolvency Records Search application to the new login process. Here’s what you need to know before the migration which is expected to take place in July 2023.
What you need to do
There is no immediate action required at this time.
Following migration, LIT s and other OSB E-Filing users will be required to sign in to the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Records Search using their existing OSB E-Filing credentials.
You will receive further information from the OSB once we confirm the date for the migration to take place. Until then, please continue using your current Bankruptcy and Insolvency Records Search login credentials.
If you have questions related to the new login process for the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Records Search application, please contact OSB Communications.
