The Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy (OSB) has published a new position paper on deemed annulled consumer proposals.
This position paper provides clarity on whether a consumer proposal can be revived without first curing the monetary default that caused the annulment and on when the first payment required after the revival of the consumer proposal is due.
