As you may be aware, the Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) has begun strike action effective April 19, 2023.
While this will not impact all employees of the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy (OSB) as many are represented by other bargaining agents, some OSB employees are PSAC members and may choose to exercise their legal right to strike.
The OSB is taking measures to ensure critical services are maintained, but please be advised that some service disruptions or delays could occur. We will do our best to keep these to a minimum.
