Radio Licence and Spectrum Licence Holder
The Web Profile creation process requires that you confirm your identity. This is done by providing your 12-digit account number and a 6-character alphanumeric shared secret. Both of these numbers can be found on your radio authorization invoice email.
Example of where to find the shared secret on the radio authorization invoice email:
You will be able to log into our secure online system once you receive confirmation from the Department that your profile request has been approved.
Note: If you have licences but never received an invoice – contact your local Spectrum Management District Office for assistance in creating your Web Profile.
