Standards in the Licence-exempt Radio Apparatus Standards List, April 2020, meet the requirements of section 15 of the Radiocommunication Regulations (RR). The related amendment to the RR can be found in Part II of the Canada Gazette by looking up “Regulations Amending the Radiocommunication Regulations: SOR/2020-278.”
Equipment certification requires the use of the latest standard issues available from the Radio Standards Specifications page.
