I am against any action that in effect reduces net neutrality in Canada.
I can only imagine how we would interpret fair use of copyrighted materials in such a world.
Legislation of this kind serves the vested interest of the large corporations like Google and Facebook and those with resources fend off challenges to their illicit use of copyrighted materials.
