While well intentioned, the implementation of the Modern Copyright Framework for Online Intermediaries would prove detrimental to the average Canadian internet user, preventing those users from accessing content based on the whims of large corporations whom have the ability to file litigations that smaller websites or content providers would be unable to fight against.
