1. The government and ISPs must not get involved in copyright enforcement. We already have courts and procedures to handle copyright. Additional government or ISP control of Internet content will be abused. Don't do it.

2. Canadians already pay some of the highest Internet access rates in the world. We cannot afford to pay for new government censorship via our ISPs.

We don't police pen manufacturers to make sure that pens are only used to write nice things; don't require ISPs to police customer content.

Canada already has effective existing copyright legislation.
