Next series of digits = Time Stamp as number of seconds passed since Jan1, 2011 until the time of the transaction (ex:  March 24, 2011 18:12:06  = 7150326)
Next digit(s) is sequence of transaction in the Remittance Advice (starts at one for every new Remittance)
Example:   For Trustee 1536,  Transaction produced March 24th, 2011 18:12:06, being the 23rd transaction of the Remittance Advice :
