Minor changes on Form 13, 13PD, 13S, 14 (2007-12-18)

This is an updated edition of the schema for E-Filing version 3.15. It documents minor schema changes resulting from change requests for version 3.10. This page documents updates to existing schemas.

Detailed changes

Modification to clarify the use of the <TotalRemuneration> field on Form 13, 13PD, 13S and 14.

Attention should be given to the definition of the tag <Dividend> on Form13 and 13S. Many problems have been reported when interim dividends were paid and they are then excluded from the calculation of this field. The <Dividend> amount should reflect the total of all dividends issued and not only the current amount.

<Dividend> is described as Net dividend, calculated as <AmountForDistribution> - <AmountRefundedToDebtor> - <UndistributedAssets>
