Trademark description

The mark is a combination of signs, namely a moving image combined with sounds, comprising only one trademark, reflected in the audio-visual representation included in the application. Colour is claimed for the trademark. The motion and sounds occur in 4 Stages: Stage 1: White points of light move from the top of the black frame to the bottom, creating the impression of a viewer moving forward in space. A red-orange band extends upwards from the bottom centre of the frame. A piano plays a two-note melody in repetition. Stage 2: When the red-orange band reaches the top of the black frame, multiple bands of various colors radiate outwards from the red-orange band, increase in brightness and thickness, and then rotate to create the impression that the viewer is moving through, then parallel to, and then around the bands. Stringed instruments repeat the two-note melody from Stage 1, in a crescendo continuing through Stages 3 and 4. Lower-registered stringed instruments also begin playing an ascending arpeggio in harmony with the two note melody. Stage 3: The bands rotate until they are oriented vertically. The bands become more densely clustered to the left-centre of the frame, creating the impression that the viewer is moving away from the bands. The colours of the bands become red-dominant but are still striated. A full orchestra repeats the two note melody fortissimo, continuing into Stage 4. Stage 4: The top and bottom of the red band become visible, at which point a red band abruptly extends from the top of the band diagonally down to the right, and then upwards to form the shape of the letter "N". The bands coalesce into two solid shades of red - the lighter red diagonal portion of the "N" appears to be in the foreground, and the darker red vertical portions of the "N" appear to be in the background. The bottom portion of the letter N design features a shallow curvature. Simultaneously with the formation of the N design, two sixteenth-note percussive strikes occur, and the orchestra sustains the final note of the melody. Once the N design is formed, it steadily becomes smaller, giving the impression of it fading into the distance
