Understanding Search Parameters

This guide aims to assist you in navigating and utilizing the search parameters effectively on this website.

Services

• The service parameter is exclusive to the CTFA tab and has no impact on the search results of other tabs.
• To select services, the mouse or space bar can be used to choose from the available options in the dropdown menu.
• You can select one or multiple services as per your requirement.
• Options to 'Select none' or 'Select all' are available for your convenience.
• Primary and Secondary Checkboxes: These are additional filters that can be applied based on the service selection.

Band

• You can choose a specific band from the dropdown menu.
• This field is mutually exclusive with the frequency fields.

Frequencies

• Frequencies are numeric values. Ensure to enter only numbers in these fields.
• Start Frequency: Enter the lower limit of your frequency range.
• End Frequency: Enter the upper limit of your frequency range. It must be equal to or higher than the Start Frequency.
• Frequency fields are disabled if a band is selected.

Keywords

• The keyword parameter is applicable across all tabs, except for the CTFA tab, where it has no effect on the search results within that particular tab.
• For keyword searches, only alphanumeric characters, hyphens (-), periods (.), and paired double quotes ("" or «») are allowed.
• Use double quotes to perform an exact phrase search. Example: Entering "wireless networks" or "SRSP-500" will search for this exact phrase.
• When entering keywords without quotes, each term is treated as a separate match query. This means the search will return results that match any of the individual terms entered.

Filtering Options

• Exclusion Checkbox: Excludes entries with a start frequency of 0 MHz and an end frequency of 275 000 MHz. This option is applicable across all tabs, except for the CTFA tab and filters out results that exactly match these two frequency points.
• Group Matching Entries Checkbox: Combines search results with the same title into a single entry, preventing duplicate-like listings. Enabling this option will disable sorting by frequencies. This setting is available on all tabs except for the CTFA tab.

Search and Reset Buttons

• Click the 'Search' button to execute your query with the selected parameters.
• Use the 'Reset' button to clear all fields and start a new search.

Pagination and Download

• Adjust the number of results per page using the dropdown menu.
• You can download the search results of the active tab in XLSX or CSV format using the download button. The downloaded file will reflect the active filters and selected search criteria.

Navigation Tabs

• Quick navigation tabs for different sections like 'CTFA', 'RSS', 'SRSP', 'Decision', 'CPC' and 'CoL' are available and will show unique search results for each tab.
